(1) Saw a suitable size of seamless steel pipe, the pipe end face and the axis perpendicular angle tolerance is not more than 0.5. (2) Apply lubricant to the thread of the joint body and the ferrule, apply evenly (do not stick to the taper surface of the ferrule joint), and then tighten the nut repeatedly by hand to make the lubricating oil evenly spread on the nut thread.
(3) Put the nut and sleeve on the seamless steel pipe. The direction of the ferrule cannot be reversed. Insert the pipe into the joint body (the pipe must be inserted all the way) and tighten the nut.
(4) Tighten the nut evenly to the torque surge point with a single hand-held wrench.
(5) After reaching the pressure point, tighten the nut 1/2 turn. Be careful not to rotate the steel tube when tightening the nut.
(6) Pre-installed residual capacity (Double ferrule joints do not need to be pre-assembled), can not completely embed the ferrule into the pipeline, so that the pipe is subjected to tensile stress. Remove the pre-tightening nut and check whether the steel pipe is in The front end of the ferrule forms an obvious protrusion, and the front end of the ferrule has been wrapped by more than 50%, and the ferrule can be slightly rotated, but cannot be axially displaced.
(7) Final installation, the nut is screwed to the torque surge point, and then tightened about 1/4 turn, the installation is completed.
